 Penmaenmawr beach is about to become a hive of activity and highlight of the 2009 Thunder Tour; a weekend filled with action-packed entertainment on and off the water showcasing the worlds largest power boating community and much more.Thundercat Racing; Thunderbolt Racing; ThunderKids; ‘Have a go’ sailing and powerboating; Jet Ski Demonstrations; Wind and kite surfing plus lots more.

On the water action:

Saturday night will see the 20th celebration of the Penmaenmawr Promenade and 5 years of being awarded the blue flag with the ‘Party on the Prom’ Live music and bar… Public transport will be provided via trains, buses and Park & Ride schemes to help elevate traffic congestion.  Thunder Tour has had a fantastic welcome by the North Wales community especially around Penmaenmawr, Conwy and Llandudno! The whole weekend will focus on all aspects of the community, their fantastic talented artists, sportsmen and women, food and funfairs. There is something for everyone a weekend ‘definitely not to miss!’
